I’m not in position to make a serious assessment since I don’t paint, but the bruhwork feels a bit rough on the larger unicolor patches.
But imo what matters is that you seem to take the craft seriously.
Firstly i paint simply.
Afterwards i paint complex details.
Finally i fix the errors.
This is first step.
But fan is ready.
first figurine was painted quickly ( only in 2 steps )

For 4 cm looking good. Maybe I would try to do one more coat of the golden color for a cleaner look. In the side view blue color spills a bit onto the golden parts. Of course at this scale it is tricky to get it perfect. There always will be some spillover.
