As I finished watching the video, out of curiosity @AniimeSan, did I see some sort of cookie cutters in there?
As I love cooking & baking, I am always on the look out for “geeky” inspired kitchen utensils 
Nah pretty sure those are mean’t to be like stamp thingies. So you basically put them on an inkpad and then you can stamp whatever. Japanese people love their stamps

Turns out I was wrong, checked today. They do in fact look like form things for small cookies
